In order to rebuild Taui as a sustainable business, we will only ship orders once per week, generally on Mondays. We offer expedited shipping options, but please keep that turnaround time in mind. If it is essential that you receive your product within a limited time period, email us and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your Taui product. If you're not and you want to return it, then we will refund your purchase price. You don't have to jump through hoops -- just email us at hello@taui.co and we will set up the return.
